The dining experience is rich and diversified, catering to various tastes at a fair price.

Staying at the hotel was a real treat! The location was superb, right in the heart of the medina near the Blue Gate, making it convenient to access the highest roof terrace in Fes Medina with a breathtaking 360-degree view. The rooms were beautiful, exotic, and impressively clean, although reaching them up the narrow and steep stairway was an adventure in itself. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, from arranging guides to recommending local dining spots like Palais de Merenides. The dining experience was consistently tasty, with just a minor suggestion that the coffee could have been better. Overall, a wonderful stay worth every penny.
