The staff offer great service, including assistance with transportation and local hotspots. The location, near the main blue gate inside the medina, is perfect for exploring. The dining experience is rich and diversified, catering to various tastes at a fair price.
Staying at the hotel was a real treat! The location was superb, right in the heart of the medina near the Blue Gate, making it convenient to access the highest roof terrace in Fes Medina with a breathtaking 360-degree view. The rooms were beautiful, exotic, and impressively clean, although reaching them up the narrow and steep stairway was an adventure in itself. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, from arranging guides to recommending local dining spots like Palais de Merenides. The dining experience was consistently tasty, with just a minor suggestion that the coffee could have been better. Overall, a wonderful stay worth every penny.
